ESCROW OFFICER

YOU HAVE

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  
• Escrow experience preferred but will consider real estate related industry
  
• Experience with SoftPro Select system preferred, but not required
  
• Professional and excellent communication skills by phone, email and in person required
  
• Strong customer service skills required
  
• Strong work ethic, proactive thinking and positive attitude required
  
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time constraints
  
• Ability to work under pressure, set priorities and achieve goals within established time frames.
  
• Must be organized, systems-oriented and have a good understanding of the whole real estate process
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
  
• Ability to pass a background check
