Job description

JOB TITLE: Office Assistant (9AM to 3PM)

DEPARTMENT: Administrative Services/Operations

REPORTS TO: Vice President/COO

Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, the Office Assistant's primary role is to assist the front office with various clerical and administrative duties including greeting guests and directing them, prepare deposits, update databases, opening and disbursing daily mail, assist with Leasing, Accounting and Maintenance responsibilities as well as all other duties assigned.

Qualifications

A. High School Diploma (two years of college preferred) and/or experience.

B. PC experience and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

C. Experience in managing clerical duties and successful experience in developing a computerized mailing list.

D. Ability to effectively communicate with varied cultural and socio-economic groups.

E. Current Texas Driver's License

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
