Our Executive Recruiters have the privilege of finding the executive talent that will lead our people in our Un-carrier journey. The Executive Recruiter will lead and manage all facets of executive level searches from search strategy development, sourcing, negotiation, through on-boarding. As a member of the Executive Recruiting Team, they will play a critical role in advancing T-Mobile's Un-carrier philosophy by recruiting top talent who can drive impact in a highly customer-centric, innovative and fast-moving environment. Partner closely with a highly collaborative, creative, and passionate team of Sourcers and Recruiters to deliver diverse pools of talent and develop robust, diverse executive pipelines for current and future business needs.

* T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson. Minimum 7 years' related business experience with exposure to a variety of industries. Applicable experience recruiting executives for a retained firm. Preferred candidates will have experience recruiting for a top 10 major retained firm or experience in an executive recruiting function as a part of a larger corporation. Measurable track record of identifying candidates through LinkedIn and other online sources, as well as direct sourcing of candidates by phone.
Experience recruiting for technology executives is preferred.
Substantial expertise in executing creative executive recruitment strategies including research, executive sourcing, candidate development, candidate assessment, advising, job analysis, compensation, and relationship management.
Strong sourcing capabilities, both by phone and via navigating internet resources.
Excellent business writing skills; ability to write compelling position specifications that reflect the vision for the position, the expected business outcomes, the competencies and skillsets required to be successful, and the selling points of the role.
Demonstrates a rigorous process for accurately evaluating candidate strengths, development opportunities, and potential.
Outstanding Client relationship and management skills and track record.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Robust analytical and critical thinking skills.
Innovative and focused on continuous improvement. An advocate for utilizing cutting edge technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Compelling communicator who can engage the attention of busy executives. Possesses excellent listening skills and sound judgment.

Strong candidate presentation skills; can present complex information in a clear, concise manner to an exec level audience.
Data-driven; able to filter large amounts of information, quickly identify the essential items and provide relevant insights.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM databases.

Perform full lifecycle recruiting for director and above level executive searches with the goal of identifying and attracting top talent who will drive maximum impact for the business.
Leveraging executive recruiting expertise and insights, provide advanced consultative guidance to Executives on recruiting/hiring best practices. Actively listen, offer recommendations, and facilitate an effective partnership to make successful hires.
Craft strategic, detailed search assignment documents (including job specs), ensuring an understanding of the vision for the position, the expected business outcomes, what makes the position compelling, and the related competencies required of the ideal candidate.
Collaborate with Executive Leaders, HR Business Partners, and talent development teams to design a best in class sourcing and recruitment strategy.
In partnership with the Exec Sourcer, create lists of target companies, generate prospective candidates, and create the selling pitch. Present the opportunity to passive candidates in writing and via live pitches.
Through partnership with HR Business Partners and HiPo programs, maintain knowledge of internal high potential talent; connect them with executive opportunities that leverage their strengths and enhance their career with T-Mobile.
Provide a top-notch candidate experience from first contact through on-boarding. This includes preparing candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, interviewer biographies, career path, and expected business accomplishments.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation on all candidates and searches within the CRM database.
Use consistent and proactive communication strategies to inform Hiring Executives and HR Business Partners of search progress, any challenges, and/or the need for search calibration. Maintain a sense of urgency throughout to drive the search toward successful completion as efficiently as possible.
Collaborate closely with Compensation Consultants and HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive compensation recommendations to Hiring Executives.
Establish short and long-term objectives, and track results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Screen and assess candidates for required & desired skillset, experience and competencies.
Regularly utilize our CRM to capture candidate details, talent pools, and marketplace intelligence. Maintain the highest quality information by ensuring data is always kept up to date.
Demonstrate professionalism and executive presence when communicating with external executive talent, partners, and hiring executives. Deliver an excellent customer experience across all audiences.
Utilize executive compensation knowledge to effectively present and position offers to finalist candidates; employ savvy negotiation skills as needed to ensure we land our top candidate.
Consistently provide a top-notch candidate experience, which includes regular follow-ups, transparent conversations, counsel and preparation for interviews, and selling everything T-Mobile has to offer.
