Qualifications we are looking for:

· People interaction- 3 years in a strong customer service environment.

· Strong persuasion skills- you will be talking to many people so you will need to use them.

· Sourcing and candidate attraction-resume database mining, social networking. We do it all.

· Data-you want to be very comfortable with spread sheets and tracking numbers.

· Social Media Savvy- We use it to tell our story and advertise our openings, so this important.

· Multi-Tasking- it is a skill that will serve you well in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
