Job Description:
We are adding to our established Houston team and are actively interviewing for additional external B2B roles and this opportunity is like nothing else out there! Responsibilities:

  • Continue to build our brand and culture
  • Follow equity's cold calling strategy to increase market footprint and drive revenue growth
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships
  • Directly lead your recruitment team member(s)
  • Have passion for B2B sales and the ability to have fun/be excited along the way!

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years B2B sales experience preferably in staffing industry (staffing experience NOT required)
