Description:

A large Hospital is looking for two (2) Sr. Business Systems Analyst (BSA) resources for the Oncology Care and Research IS (OCRIS) department of the IS Division in support of their implementation of an Advarra OnCore Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for their Hospital. This initial contract will go through the end of their fiscal year to start (8/31/22) but it will be a multi-year project. 100% remote.

Scope of Services

•Scope of Work - Works with users and project management to formulate and accomplish designated scope of work per good understanding and practices of business requirement analysis, clinical research workflow analysis and IT technical environment. Provides input on project schedule, deliverables and risks to project management.

•Business Analysis - Captures, analyzes and prioritizes business requirements and change requests in the areas of clinical trial management, integration analysis of OnCore with Epic and select in-house research applications, and business process optimization for the system.

•Documentation - Partners with SME's and vendor consultants to translate business requirements to technical specifications, data mapping/dictionary for data migration. Provides formal documentations and UI mockups/wireframes conforming to Hospital standards.

•User Testing and Acceptance - Provides test scripts and enables users and the project team to conduct integration and acceptance testing of the system.

•User Training - Provides periodic demos and brings user awareness of the system during its implementation. Provides training guides, user manuals and periodic user training.
