MACHINE OPERATOR I

Job Description:

The SQF certification program is a rigorous series of standards and best practices recognized by The Global Food Safety Initiative to ensure the companies deliver both safe and quality products. We are looking to have Machine Operators join our team. A Machine Operator operates cup filler machines to produce 4, and 6 oz. packages of juice products, including operation of robot, taper, box coders and Clean in Place.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, down time reporting.
• Ability to solve practical problems, such as basic mechanical operations of the machine and operate a pallet jack.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be capable of using hand held Warehouse Management System scanning device.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
