Our client's greatest asset has been and will continue to be its people. They are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Intelex Production Support.

The successful candidate will have experience in Intelex System Administration and Application Configuration as well as an extensive understanding of the Intelex framework. They're looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Intelex Production Support individual who can provide general support, system improvements, and troubleshooting. This is an excellent career opportunity for a professional with impressive customer service and brilliant interpersonal skills.

Tasks / Responsibilities:

•Work directly with users to understand and resolve issues

•Complete System Enhancements/Improvements

•Work within a team to complete agile sprints

•Troubleshoot issues

Intelex Expertise:

•System Administration

•Application Configuration

•Understanding of the Intelex Framework

•Experience with HSE Incident Management, Audit Management, Inspection Management, Action Plans, JSA, and BBS Intelex Modules

•Views, Business Rules, Action Handlers, Workflows, Notifications, Import Templates

Minimum Essential Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree

•Excellent communication, organization, and time-management

•Absolute commitment to customer service and a "can-do " attitude.

•Ability to analytically solve problems

Preference will be someone who has worked with Intelex before. If not worked with Intelex, then they should have worked with Enablon.
