Job description

Maximus is seeking a Recruiting Support Specialist to maintain accurate records of diagnostic facilities in participation with the Veterans Evaluation Services (VES).

*As a federal contractor, Maximus is subject to Executive Order 14042 and the Safe Workforce Task Force's COVID-19 Workplace Safety Guidance for Federal Contractors and Subcontractors. In light of these requirements, all employees will eventually need to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment and new hires/employees will be required to provide proof of vaccination.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Verify participation with VES, hours of operation, and available testing capability for existing diagnostic facilities as requested by diagnostic scheduling
• Assist with answering hunt group calls and monitoring emails
• Update diagnostic facilities as needed
• Assist diagnostic tracking as needed
• Add and remove diagnostic facilities to maintenance as needed
• Assists with billing inquiries
  Attend meetings as required

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Proficient grasp and understanding of pertinent medical terminology
• Advanced verbal and interpersonal skills
• Advanced written communication skills, to include excellent grammar
• Advanced reading and comprehension abilities
• Excellent detail-oriented, analytical and multi-tasking skills
• Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with strong ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, general internet research, and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel
