Job description
We are seeking a high energy, friendly, motivated self-starter, who loves working with children and adults alike, and preferably has a martial arts or sales background.
Position Outline:
A program director is usually the first and most important contact that a prospective client has with a school. They must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable. A program director must be detailed, organized, proficient, and be a self-starter.
We are looking for people with the following qualities:
· Hard Working- They need to be a hard-working person with a strong, dedicated work ethic.
· Dedicated- We look for people who are dedicated and believe in the mission of Premier Martial Arts
· Personality- The people we consider MUST have a great personality that is very outgoing and positive!
· Good Communication- We also require the candidates to have good communication skills and be able to clearly communicate with you and the rest of your staff.
· Average level of martial arts experience and fitness
Position Overview:
Marketing the School:
Execute lead generation systems provided in monthly advertising and promotions
Management Manual:
Follow and complete daily task and business statistics tracking in the Management Manual
New Enrollments / Upgrade Responsibilities:
· Accomplishing new membership monthly goals
· Accomplishing upgrade goals for all upgrade programs
Selling Program Packages:
Sell 90%-100% of equipment packages of Basic, Black Belt, Premier Training and any other programs
Revenue Goals:
Accomplishing revenue goals through the following, down payments, paid-in-full, and equipment packages for new and upgrade membership sales, in addition to miscellaneous pro shop sales, tournaments, testing fees and events.
Other Program Director Responsibilities but Not Limited To:
· 2, 4, 6 weeks follow up system for upgrades
· Oversee the Basic Experience
· Conduct placement tests and evaluations for upgrade conferences.
· Facility management: Seeing that the facility is clean, and safe, upholding PMA brand and standards.
· Event planning and execution. For example, Parent's Night Out and White Belt Buddy Bash.
· Setting appointments for introductory lessons
· Conduct introductory martial arts lessons for prospective students
· Collaborate with local education leaders and stakeholders
· Execute local marketing and community outreach events
· Schedule, promote, and conduct all in-school events
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
