This position may also execute full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions.QualificationsHS Diploma/GEDTwo (2) years relevant work experience that demonstrates a high level of professionalism; excellent written and verbal communications skills and sound time-management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentAbility to build and foster effective relationships with customersExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutionsProficiency with all Microsoft Office products is also requiredPreferred Qualifications:Some college and prior experience in human resourcesPrevious recruiting experience and/or working knowledge of iCims including experience with full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions
