We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist in the Dallas, Texas area. This is a direct hire office position offering great benefits, competitive pay, and the opportunity to thrive in a rapidly growing company.

The Human Resources Generalist, is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support our most valuable asset; our employees! These tasks are, but not limited to:

• Recruiting for direct hires
• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
• Engaging with employees on a daily basis to receive feedback, give a high five, etc.
• Help with employee functions and creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
• Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
• Collaborating with staffing vendor, upper management and employees
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must love working with people
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience
• Minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role
• Ability to deal with conflict
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Staffing experience is a plus but not required
