Job Summary

Provide guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of Human Resources department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Coordinate and participate as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process, preparing reports. Work closely with our applicant tracking system by creating, processing and closing out requisitions.
* Identify, review, and advise on tasks related to recruitment process and employment strategies to meet HR requirements.
* Assist and administer Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Claims and monthly OIG/GSA processes through current carrier and processes.
* Assist with employees and managers regarding HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
* Assist with background checks through current system and process.
* Assist with on-boarding documentation and training.
* Establish, and organize the maintenance of department records, ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality.
* Team player and assist with department projects and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience.
