We are hiring a Staffing Coordinator to work onsite in our Round Rock, TX center. ( Call Center environment) This role ensures that the staffing needs of our clients are met. Creating a pipeline of high quality candidates for administrative, professional and management roles. Responsibilities include working with various clients/projects to assess their hiring needs; conducting initial interviews over the telephone as well as in person; attending various job fairs and visiting college campuses to recruit for the various clients/projects; reviewing applications and resumes and forwarding them in a timely manner to respective clients/projects; and determining recruiting strategies within budget.
Required Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, preferred
* Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as Taleo and/or Peoplesoft, highly desired
* Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices.
* Proficiency with various software application programs, such as Microsoft Office.
* Must be able to work independently.
* Proficient communication skills, both oral and written.
