Job Summary

Major Responsibilities

  • Concept, produce, and edit on-trend, original, and high-quality short form video content for PORTE
  • Optimize video content across PORTE's various social media channels
  • Assist in growing the brand's audience on TikTok through community interactions and engagement
  • Assist in managing the content posting schedule
  • Partner with the Social team and other internal teams on video content needs for the brand

  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who closely follows social media video trends
  • Natural content creator and storyteller
  • Great time management skills and a sharp attention to detail


Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a college junior, senior, or recent grad studying marketing, communication, journalism, or a related discipline
  • Passionate and highly knowledgeable about TikTok.
  • Comfortable and confident producing and editing video content for social media.
  • Understanding of and ability to explain platform-specific social media best practices
  • Experience working with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. This position might require after hours and weekend work.
