The Senior SWAT Recruiter plays a critical role in Gartner's continued growth. Working in partnership across multiple business units, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for the organization in addition to creating and fostering key stakeholder relationships across the business and talent acquisition. The Strategic Workforce Agility Team (SWAT) is an elite and dynamic recruiting function that flexes its focus across the Gartner business and geographies to address our highest need roles in order to mitigate spikes in demand.

What you'll do:

  • Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
  • Quickly gain knowledge and insight into the business units you are working with to drive immediate impact on critical roles.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
  • Set the example on recruiting process and best practices across the teams you support
  • Identify recruiting best practices or upskill across your various recruiter assignments
  • Understand Gartner's strategic imperatives and apply your recruiting expertise to address client needs.
