Talent Acquisition Manager

In this high energy role you will be working with the management and HR team in a variety of talent management activities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and manage our talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Ensure positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Foster consultative and professional relationship with stakeholders for hiring of all levels within the company
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for niche and critical hires across Americas

Branding:

  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs and other events
  • Engagement with educational institutes to identify branding initiatives

The background you'll need:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Good technical understanding
  • Spanish language skills for recruiting activities within Latin America
  • Excellent communicator
  • Ability to organize work, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and good follow up skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution focused.
  • Ability to work alongside other employees within all levels of the organization.
  • Consistently ethical and confidential in handling sensitive matters.
  • Bachelors degree
