Position Summary

Responsible for providing sales support for insurance agents by creating timely illustrations, sending of state specific and compliance forms, providing educational or point of sale documents, and is a liaison between carriers and agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ability to elicit an agent's needs with speed and composure
• Answer questions for the agents specific to service inquiries and resolving problems, by responding orally and or in writing.
• Triages basic agent calls and provide them with support material, illustrations, and when needed, refers them to qualified licensed representative
• Have a passion to deliver top quality service.
• Ensure agents license and credentials are current.
• Able to navigate the Web and provide web-based documents to agents as needed.
• When necessary, assist in developing/operating procedures to ensure an efficient and effective annuities operation.
• Provide back-up to Annuity Manager/Provide Marketing/Sales Support to large agencies and their agents
• Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
• Participation on Team and Individual Meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferred (Property & Casualty)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written
• Customer service skills
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to present sales and training material to large group in person, over the phone and Go to Meeting type settings.
• Organized and can prioritize tasks
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• High School degree minimum
• Must possess proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Window-based applications
• Proven to be highly dependable and self-motivator
• Is curious and able to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information.
• Able to work across time zones with remote team members
