Reports To: Area Property Manager

Division: Peak Property Management

Location: Lubbock, TX

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Job Summary

The Peak Group is looking for an adaptable individual with a drive for success to join our property management team! In this role, you will lease and market vacant properties, help potential residents complete leasing applications and assist with timelines for maintenance and inspections.

What you've already achieved:

• Working knowledge of Property Management
• Knowledge in leasing properties
• Working knowledge of CRM interfaces
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

What you're great at:

• Using Microsoft Office
• Communicating with people both via phone and in person
• Time management
• Staying highly organized

A typical day in this role:

• Communicate with residents at move-in and answer all questions in a positive manner
• Assist with all resident housing and assistance applications
• Communicate renewals with residents
• Explain and assist prospects in using the self-showing system to view properties
• Assist maintenance to make sure inspections are done timely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
