Business Development Director

We are looking for someone whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of the unique communities we serve. We are looking for someone who has an innovative passion to drive novel approaches to maximize patient outcomes, improve customer experience, and create new enterprise revenue.

Job Description:

• Seeking a Business Development Director to identify and develop relationships with prospective medical acquisitions including private practices of different subspecialties.
• Seek, Identify and speak with prospective physicians for the purposes of recruiting them as employees or as prospective administered practices while maintaining ownership of their practices.
• Seek, Identify and speak with various sources of business through which relationships are sought to be established, for the purposes of growing our network of providers and referral sources.
• Seek, Identify and speak with various critical access hospitals and other government facilities across the nation that we aim to partner with in order to provide our services to.

Requirements:

• Previous Medical related or pharmaceutical sales are a plus.
• Previous Business brokering or Business Acquisitions a plus.
• Previous executive roles related to the medical industry are a plus.
• This job is considered between full-time and part-time, perfect for experienced executives with previous commission-based and sales/recruiting professionals.

What we are looking for:

• Must have the ability to work on your own schedule with the flexibility of hours to achieve the objectives which may require meetings in evenings or weekends.
• Must be goal-oriented and have the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to thrive on a commission-based compensation model with required targets earnings a minimum of $200k income per year.

• Will provide a company credit card for dinner meetings and other expenses with a reasonable monthly cap.
