Job Title: Business Development - Renewable Energy Division

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Bridgelink Engineering has an excellent career opportunity for Business Development with 1-3 years' experience in outside sales representative to perform day to day sales development functions such as market opportunity identification, development prospects, qualifying leads and help to covert prospects into new accounts for the company. The successful candidate will lead the team, set the pace and ensure all company & client requirements / standards are followed, and will efficiently manage employees, materials, and deliveries.

We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious leaders with a passion for clean energy to join our sales team that presents clean energy opportunities to our local communities. This position expands the footprint of distributed generation solar and wind farm opportunities by developing and fostering relationships from internal and external channels. Employees in this role work to integrate the sales team in newly defined opportunities as well as identifying and fostering collaborative relationships across the enterprise to further opportunities in newly defined spaces.

Responsibilities:

· Identifies solar and wind farm opportunities for an EPC company

· Evaluate the market of prospective companies and their specific contacts

· Produce leads, provide proposals, follow on proposals and ensure client satisfaction

· Begin Prospect Qualification Assessment

· Work in conjunction with account managers to convert prospects to new accounts

· Customer Service and management of client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction

· Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical marketing support

· Networking with key contacts inside and outside the organization

· Management of multiple on-going projects

· Looking for ways to implement new opportunities to grow the business

· Ensure the Quote-to-Order process occurs efficiently and effectively

· Frequent travel within assigned region

· Regular reporting to management on sales progression and business development.

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree preferred but not required

· Renewable Energy experience a plus

· Inside sales experience is a plus/ 3+ years sales experience desired

· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like HubSpot or SalesForce.com and other social media business functions

· Personable & Confident in interaction with prospective customers

· Basic understanding of Technical Automation & Electrical Hardware & Software

· High competency in written and oral customer service and communication skills

· Positive attitude and persistence as it relates to the customer interaction

· Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while working under deadlines

· Comfortable in a fast paced, rapidly growing, high volume environment

Salary / Hourly Pay:

· $60,000-$70,000

Benefits:

· Health, dental, and vision offered after 30 days of employment

· 401k offered after 90 days of employment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
