Esign Title is currently hiring for an Escrow Officer.

Duties Include:

  • Manage all aspects of a real estate title company and close transactions.
  • Review lender instructions, prepare CD's/HUD's, and obtain lender approval
  • Prepare all title company documents and prepare file for closing
  • Review final documents for accuracy
  • Provide buyers with final figures
  • Conduct closings with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
  • Deliver signed & completed files to Lender for funding authorization
  • Notify all parties (buyers, sellers, realtors, loan officers) upon funding
  • Balance file and disburse funds
  • Request bank transfers of title fees into operating and eRecording accounts
  • Prepare and maintain all title company documents in RamQuest
  • Record documents using in eRecording system
  • Request issuance of final title insurance policies/binders
  • Balance files, cut checks, and initiate wires (incoming & outgoing)
  • Assist with delivering completed title insurance policies
  • Escrow Officer duties interchangeable with the funding/post-closing duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a licensed escrow officer.
  • Maintain Escrow Officer License and Notary Public in good standing
  • Registered as an eNotary in the state of Texas, preferred.
  • Proficient with RamQuest & Ready2close, preferred.
  • Experience with Pavaso eRoom, preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Escrow Officer: 5 years (Preferred)
