Seeking successful candidates to perform a wide variety of technical assembly tasks in support of processes, engineering tasking, quality control in a production cleanroom environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Inspects and assembles optical, various mechanical and electrical components according to assembly procedures, by frequent use of multimeters, small precision hand tools and factory floor assembly equipment.

* Observes, analyzes, and reports discrepancies in material in an electronic data reporting, PRISM and local systems. Checks for work correctness and accuracy.

* Processes and routes work according to local work instructions, as applicable.

* Communicates freely amongst engineers, leadership, support, and factory personnel by use of Microsoft Teams, email, phone conversations and/or face to face communication.

* Replies to technical inquiries. Draws attention to important items and actual or potential problems and assists in developing solutions.

* Utilizes various engineering and scientific drawings, manuals, schematics, and other related documentation daily in the performance of their tasks.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required Skills: • Two (2) years of applicable experience • Must be US Citizen • Must be able to work overtime • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Must be able to perform multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Lift up to 28 lbs and roll carts with production as required • Must be flexible to cover either shift during production demands Desired Skills: • SAP (PRISM) Experience • Ability to read and comprehend drawings and technical directives • Previous soldering wire experience
