Job description

If so, we are looking for a scrappy marketer with 1-2 years of experience and a degree in business, marketing, or related field. You're scrappy, have a detective mindset and work with minimum direction. Effectively multi-tasking is your middle name. Your communication, organization, and excel skills are second to none, and you enjoy working with franchisees and other field operations associates. You have a desire to move up in a marketing department and you're looking to learn and grow.


  • Build relationships with franchisees and manage their requests for marketing plans and elements. Partner with Franchisees to build local relationships with key community influencers.
  • Participate in Regional Marketing Team initiatives.
  • Develop reports that communicate what's happening in markets.
  • Back up Regional Marketing Managers
  • Assist team members with restaurant communication and other projects as needed
  • BA Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners (both internal and external partners); must be able to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • 25% travel.



Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour.
