Job description

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer specialist.

Required Skills:

Prior real estate experience is preferable, but not mandatory

Effective written and verbal communication skills. *Fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent phone skills to set appointments

Excellent customer service and listening abilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Able to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals

Proficient with computers, self tracking report systems, and social media

Self-motivated, eager to learn and grow within the company

Responsibilities:

Work a scheduled 35 to 40-hour week.

Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources, For Sale By Owner (FSBOs), Expired Listings, Sphere of Influence, Past Clients/Database Just Listed/Just Sold Input/manage client & lead databases.

Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals. Conduct 10 to 15 hours of lead follow up per week Attend training sessions periodically.

Track weekly goals to measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $300 weekly plus $300+ commission/bonus on each closing
