Job Responsibilities:

• The budget management business analyst will provide critical insights and support to the business planning team and senior leadership to enable strategic investments in support of the mobile B2B business
• Partner with senior staff to improve marketing budget and forecasting models, templates, and additional analytical tools
• Assist in the development of investment thesis and ROI for program evaluation
• Enter and manage promotions and marketing spend requests in internal financial systems
• Track marketing and promotional spend claims against approved project budgets and properly research variances to continually improve upon forecasting and budget target setting
• Enter promotion claims into financial systems and ensure invoice from customers are validated
• Maintain detailed marketing program, promotion and sales deduction tracker and provide to key stakeholders on regular cadence
• Contact and communicate with partners/vendors/customers in order to resolve claim discrepancies and ensure proper compensation according to contractual agreements
• Ad hoc projects as necessary

Skills:

• 2-3 years' business experience
• Experience using SAP preferred
• Must be able to write, read, analyze, interpret, present, and explain financial documents
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple projects with various tight deadlines simultaneously
• Have strong project management & organizational skills with attention to detail
• Analytical skills to assess ROI and program effectiveness with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word, Access)
