Corporate Recruiter for Global Technology Talent Acquisition Team
This Corporate Recruiter position will sit in the Global Human Resources organizations within Global Talent Acquisition. It will provide strategic staffing support for Bank of America's Global Technology organization.
This role will support hiring for technology positions at all levels across multiple cities within the US, with a heavy focus on the following technology skills: software engineering (level I, II and III)/development, mobile development, solution and enterprise architects, data scientists/data transformation.
Position Overview and Description:

  • Strong, seasoned recruiter to provide full life cycle recruiting
  • Partner with senior leaders within the Global Technology organization as well as multiple business partners in HR, Leadership Development, Compensation and finance to implement and drive a talent acquisition strategy for identifying internal and external talent
  • Heavy focus on mid-level hiring primarily across multiple cities within the US
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Manage client and candidate relationships at the professional level
  • Provide consultative search recruiting services; including research, market intelligence, sourcing, advising clients; managing the overall end to end process
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Continuous networking and pipelining to identify a broad and diverse external talent slate using a variety of sourcing channels
  • Extensive executive client interaction
  • Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
  • Ability to understand the technology industry and to effectively identify and recruit talent with contemporary data and technology expertise in various areas
Required Skills:
  • MUST HAVE a minimum of 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organizations
  • Strongly prefer technical recruitment experience
  • Ability to work across large complex matrixed organization to achieve results
  • Must have client management experience, with the ability to influence executives and provide consultative services
  • Ability to leverage innovative techniques and sourcing strategies to effectively meet the staffing needs of the business
  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise in competitive markets
  • Excellent candidate management capabilities including pre-closing, managing salary expectations and negotiations from pre-qualifying to 'close'
  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent with specific subject matter expertise in competitive markets
  • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn recruiting
  • Excellent oral and writing communication skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
  • Ability to manage multiple detailed transactions, process steps and approvals to ensure 100% compliance on fair hiring practices
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Required or extensive relevant experience in the recruiting industry
Enterprise Job Profile - individual Contributor or Small Team Lead responsible for managing a portfolio of work within a TA LOB or function. Recruits critical bank roles with high annual turnover & predictable/repeatable sourcing. Takes ownership for a high quality hiring process; accepts responsibility for actions and decisions, applies multiple approaches in sourcing and cold calling. 1-3 years of experience preferred.
