Located in Dallas, TX

Salary: up to 80K

Responsibilities:

• Manages new employee pre-employment screenings, onboarding including orientation
• Provides support and coordination with performance management, open enrollment and employee leave reporting activities
• Participates in employee engagement initiatives
• Maintains employee records in compliance with applicable legal requirements
• Maintains organizational chart and employee time off requests through HR Information Systems (HRIS); BambooHR
• Provides recruitment support to recruiting team including coordination of onsite interviews
• Maintains employee policies and process documentation as needed
• Ensures that contact with internal and external candidates is professional and positive
• Prepares information required to place employees on payroll and establishes employee file

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience in a similar role
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and projects to achieve Human Resources goals
• Proficient with HR Information Systems (HRIS), BambooHR experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience
