Due to growth within our Recruiting Practice, we are seeking several new Recruiters to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or junior recruiter (we will train!) who is looking for an exciting and challenging career - one in which you can serve a variety of clients in a variety of industries; be a real contributor, not just overhead; participate in client proposals; interact regularly with C-level executives; and be part of a Great Team of people!

SUMMARY: In this role, you will:

• Interact with hiring managers and candidates in a variety of settings
• Sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques, including mining candidates from job boards and cold calling
• Thoroughly screen candidates for positions
• Prepare candidates for client interview processes
• Manage feedback gathering from hiring managers
• Prepare candidate for offer processes and compensation discussions
• Develop and implement a consistent interviewing process across departments that focuses on candidate qualifications and fit
• Organize work to maximize productivity and increase efficiency
• Exhibit the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
• Choose to take initiative and ownership of projects
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates
• Attend networking events to build relationships with potential clients and prospective candidates

• Comfortable dealing with a variety of individuals at all organization levels
• An enthusiastic, self-starter, who can proactively deliver needed recruiting services in a changing environment
• Able to represent HumCap at local business meetings, job fairs, and local seminars to represent the organization in the community
• Able to work autonomously and is independent in their decision making and responsibilities
• An excellent communicator - both verbally and in writing
• Fast-paced, well-organized, multi-tasker, and efficient in the delivery of the recruitment cycle
• Professional, able to build relationships, and influence others

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 0- 2 years' experience as Recruiter or Sourcer in an agency or corporate environment
• Strong PC Computer Skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Internet, Databases
• Selling experience a plus!

REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
