Cinnamon Shore Rentals Management is currently seeking service-oriented personnel to fill the following position:
Junior Property Assistant
Education: Minimum High school or equivalent education required.
Experience: Prior vacation rental or hotel experience is encouraged. Experience in the hotel or vacation rental reservation system, is preferred, but not required.

Job Summary
JOB TITLE: Junior Property Assistant
REPORTING STRUCTURE: Lead Homeowner Manager/Director of Operations/General Manager/President
JOB SUMMARY: Inspect rental properties to ensure all rental properties are maintained in first-class condition and meet all Cinnamon Shore high standards for rental program participation.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
1. Act as liaison between unit Homeowner Manager (HOM) and vendors for repair/upgrading of property. Prepare work orders for maintenance billing after work is completed.
2. Prepare occupancy and gross income statements and other statements and reports as directed. Submit required work orders, and other miscellaneous charges and credits to accounting for processing. Prepare annual rental report for property owners.
3. Inspect assigned rental properties to ensure properties are being maintained as per Cinnamon Shore standards. Conduct departure, arrival and annual inspections and grading of all rental properties and prepare individual reports in operations software to HOM based upon the results of this inspection.
4. Meet or exceed Owner satisfaction goals as required
5. Keep an accurate inventory of houseware expendable items, HOM items and order as needed.
6. Perform other duties as required to meet company and departmental objectives. Knowledge of the multiple software systems will be required.
7. Lead, through your direct reports, the effective management of the departments noted above, to maximize the employee experience (PEOPLE), ensure effective standard operating procedures (SOP's) and systems (PROCESS), deliver optimal guest service (PRODUCT) while driving revenues complimented by cost management to drive financial performance (PROFIT). You are empowered to make decisions to ensure a balanced management approach to the 4 P's.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS: Ability to deal with all types of personalities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory and organizational experience required. Computer operation and experience required. Friendly and cooperative personality to meet and greet public. Strong customer service skills, selling skills, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to remain courteous and collected when put into a challenging situation. Must know properties, amenities, and communities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: See, Stand, Walk, Sight, Lift (up to 40 lbs), Carry, Bend, Reach, Twist, Environmental Conditions, Hazards, Postural Positions.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Office Environment 20%, Field Environment 80%.
EDUCATIONS: High School Diploma, some college preferred.
