The Role

We are the USA's leading supplier of mobile video surveillance solutions, looking to appoint a driven and career-focused Business Development Executive on a full-time, permanent basis Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
This is the perfect role for an individual early in their professional career, looking to enter an emerging industry and a growing company. The successful candidate can expect promotional advancement as they achieve their revenue and activity targets.
This role has clearly defined progression milestones that - once achieved - will lead into advanced sales roles. High-performing sales individuals should expect this promotion in the first 12 months.
The successful candidate can expect to receive comprehensive training, coaching and support.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of a Business Development Executive include, but are not limited to:
- Sourcing potential customers using multiple resources including internet, mailing campaigns, in-house databases, and external lead generation databases.
- Arrange qualified appointments with the appropriate contacts in organizations for the external sales team.
- Develop future commercial opportunities for the company.
- Maintain a full pipeline of potential customers and projects.
- Generate 60 outbound calls per day while booking 20 meetings per month (Face to Face or Webinar).
- In conjunction with your leader, plan and deliver monthly activity and targets.
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, to achieve revenue and activity targets.
- Actively build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide additional support for customers as required - handling incoming sales calls, technical support, and customer services depending on office staffing levels.
- Pass on leads to other sales offices/sales teams as appropriate.
- Any additional duties within the level of competence as requested by the managers or directors of the company.

The Benefits
- An annual base salary - $35,000
- Bonus earning potential - $35,000
- In addition, full time candidates will receive a comprehensive insurance package, pension, and paid vacation time
The Person

- A degree from a 4-year university/college is a plus.
