Organizational Development Consultant - CSG

What you'll achieve
The Organization Design Consultant role is a key member of the HR and Talent team supporting CSG. In this role, you will participate in strategic planning discussions around talent and organization topics. You will be responsible for capturing output, crafting strategy document and organizational designs and helping shape the talent agenda. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating key HR programs across the entire team.

You will:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute BU-level talent strategy and supporting programs and initiatives
  • Proactively identify organizational development needs, and work with partners to design solutions to address gaps and opportunities
  • Engage directly with senior executives on program design and execution across variety of talent management spaces
  • Elevate the use of data analytics and insights to advance talent strategy agenda at BU level
  • Contribute to process improvement and strategy ideas at BU and COE level
  • Act as strategic advisor to HRBPs and SME in the areas of talent management, change management, and organizational effectiveness

Essential Requirements
  • Strong Program Management Experience in the Talent Space
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning discussions and work with leadership to build frameworks and tell the story using data
  • Strong Organizational Development and Talent Management experience
  • Ability to work as part of high performing team
  • Experience translating strategic ideas into pragmatic steps to deliver the business outcomes
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience partnering with or working directly in the business particularly in strategy development
  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Masters degree
