Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition Sourcing

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell Technologies and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics.

What you will achieve:

  • Utilize Workday Applicant Tracking System throughout the talent acquisition process.
  • Develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize social platforms in creative ways to attract top talent
  • Interact with the talent pool to present and sell our dynamic opportunities
  • Work with a group of Senior Talent Acquisition partners from requisition inception to the presentation of qualified candidate profiles
  • Develop a constant network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in respective niche spaces


Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements
  • 8+ years of talent search/sourcing experience in a variety of disciplines
  • 5+ years of strong ATS experience - preferably Workday and/or Avature
  • Consultative mindset, process orientation, knowledge of technology industry, and outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.


Desirable Requirements
  • Knowledge of Dell's hiring process
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
