**What's a typical day as a Customer Experience Agent? You'll be:**

+ Receive and process all retail customer and ecommerce orders

+ Perform account analysis and prepare account reconciliations based on promotion contracts

+ Communicate with logistics team to ensure delivery of products

+ Resolve various discrepancies on client's accounts

+ Monitor client accounts for credit balances and resolve by conducting through research

**This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/have:**

+ Experienced in providing a great customer experience.

+ Bi-lingual - Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish.

+ Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
