RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a talented Decision Science Analyst (mid-level). This position is open to remote capabilities.

Summary:
The Decision Science Analyst will provide decision support for business areas across the enterprise. Staff in this area will be responsible for applying mathematical and statistical techniques and/or innovative/quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make 'insight to action' recommendations to answer business objectives and drive change. The essence of work performed by the Decision Science Analyst involves gathering, manipulating, and synthesizing data (e.g., attributes, transactions, behaviors, etc.), models and other relevant information to draw conclusions and make recommendations resulting in implementable strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, or other quantitative discipline
* Skilled in SAS
* Expertise with SQL
* Ability to integrate multiple data sources, transform data into metrics
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Assist high-paced analytical team with day-to-day tasks that run the business
* Strong math background and/or degree in technical field
* Data management background, visualization/Tableau background
