We currently have an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is instrumental in developing strategies and implementing action plans related to candidate sourcing, identification, and recruitment process execution and will ensure we are hiring top talent across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manages end-to-end recruitment life cycle including sourcing, assessing, and delivering a high quality, diverse talent pool to hiring managers. Monitors mix of sourcing strategies to assure diverse applicant flow. Initiates and maintains a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs and develops sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates.
* Works closely with Leaders and HR team to strategize on proactively attracting agile and ambitious talent. Builds and deploys effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
* Coaches hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Manages candidate experience and makes competitive offers. Keep candidates engaged throughout process.
* Oversees pre-employment requirements to ensure compliance and proper applicant tracking flow and records maintenance.
* Coordinates with the hiring Manager and HR to ensure successful new hire onboarding.
* Manages data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant information on applicants, the process, and the final hiring decision is properly handled in a timely manner.
* Serves as the recruiting liaison for company sponsored committees and initiatives such as college recruitment programs.
* Identifies and shares recruitment best practices across the organization.
* Manages delivery and implementation of talent acquisition programs, processes, procedures, and systems in compliance with all relevant employment regulations for all regions.
* Maintains current knowledge in business, marketplace, legal, and recruitment trends and requirements.
* Leads new projects and contributes to execution and evolution of ongoing programs.
* Responsible for overall headcount tracking, data analytics, i.e., turnover, time to fill, and other reporting.
Education and Experience:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or related field of study required. Equivalent experience may be considered.
* Minimum of five (5) or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience in full cycle recruiting, with a focus on hiring for technical positions required.
* Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking requirements and applications i.e. ADP or similar.
* Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
* Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
* Strong influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
* Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
* Must exhibit flexibility under pressure and demonstrated ability to produce results.
* Strong project and process management skills; must be able to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
* Self-directed, problem-solver with a desire to contribute to the organization's success.
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority.
* Must be able to work in a team environment, with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
