Job description

Sr. Lead Business Systems Analyst I for ChampionX USA, Inc. (Sugar Land, TX) Conducts most phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application technology to the current and future business environment. Partners with Corporate Accounting and FP&A teams to coordinate and lead the systems activities for key processes including monthly close, monthly forecast, annual plan, strategic planning and year-end restatements. Provides project leadership for medium to large Finance Systems projects, including developing and managing project plans, task assignment, milestone tracking, status reporting and resource oversight. Minimum requirements: Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology and four (4) years of post-bachelors progressive experience in all of the following: directly supporting Oracle HFM/EPM solutions; developing and supporting system integration and ETL solutions using Oracle FDMEE, programming using Python and VBA, and hands on experience with MS SQL, managing a global environment and interacting with senior leadership; and managing vendor relationships and determining clear, concise, deliverables and objectives.
