The sale was announced in April, 2019, and the transition of in scope team members and clients is expected to be completed by mid-2021. Wells Fargo is committed to supporting the IRT business throughout the transition
Wells Fargo's Institutional Retirement and Trust (IRT) Division is seeking a Securities Operations Service Specialist 1 for their Waco, TX office. Performs a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities or cash related transactions and processes. Duties may include: differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquiries; reviewing less time-sensitive and less complex documents; has minimal customer contact. Works under close to moderate supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher

- 6 months of general office experience (filing, faxing, copying, data entry)
