The IT Helpdesk Technician will be part of the first line of support for all employees in the company. This will

include answering emails, maintaining tickets in the task management system, answering calls, and providing in-person support to employees in the office. They will assist with all technical issues, both hardware and software

related. Responsibilities include:

• Provide first level help desk support to all employees
• Actively monitor and update assigned tickets
• Answer support calls and create support requests
• Generate accounts for new employees
• Remove accounts for terminated employees
• Print employee badges and prep for shipment
• Assist in IT asset audit for entire company
• Assist in software account cleanup project
• Other IT related tasks as assigned by IT Helpdesk Supervisor and IT Systems Architect

. Requirements:

• High School or Equivalent and Pursuing an IT related degree
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10
• Familiar with iOS devices
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
• Strong communication skills both virtually and in person/over the phone
• Friendly when working with end users

Additional Notes:

• Total Hours: 20-25 per week
• Schedule:4-5 hours between 7am-1pm
