Join us and launch your career.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Test Engineering Manager for the C&L Integration Assembly Test & Checkout (IATC) team. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. As the Command & Launch Segment Test & Integration lead, you report to the Integration Assembly Test & Checkout Lead and will lead a diverse multi-disciplined team of engineers supporting the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent program. You will be responsible for providing task-oriented direction to your team utilizing management guidelines & general policies. The test planning and execution team is responsible for the integration and testing of the both hardware and software at the segment level. In this role, you will be responsible for: • Test planning and program performance for the segment test integration and test team• Supporting cross team, cross IPT, cross functional working groups to ensure efficiency and best practicesThis job will also give you the opportunity to grow the people on your team. - Employee Discounts positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications:
BS in STEM and 2 years minimum experience
Candidate must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level, plus ability to obtain and maintain an SSBI clearance with an adjudication date within the last 6 years
Detailed understanding of test management/planning and project management
Ability to collaborate across cross functional teams
Solid technical and team leadership characteristics
Experience developing Integrated Test Plans for large complex systems of systems
Demonstrated ability to lead large and diverse teams, drive a culture of performance and inclusion, foster development and enable collaboration across engineering and operational disciplines
Proficient in MS Office Products - Powerpoint, Word, Visio, Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Model Based Engineering
BS Degree in STEM and 5 or more years of experience in systems engineering and/or test disciplines
• Experience with CAMEO and digital engineering environments.• Experience with Agile• Experience with Automated Testing• Experience with testing system of systems• Active Top Secret"
Salary Range: 92036 - 138054
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
