The Sales team at Stackline is responsible for the company's continued growth. The Business Development Representative is a highly visible role that makes a direct and significant impact in securing the ongoing expansion of our business.
Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate seeking career opportunities in eCommerce or SaaS. We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and motivated team player who will be a key member of our fast-growing sales team. A successful BDA will have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. BDA will be use email and phone to qualify inbound prospects and properly route through CRM using basic persuasive questioning skills.
This role to be based from the Salt Lake City area.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and route Inbound leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Effectively manage inbound lead queue, acting as initial point of contact.
- Develop innovative ways to maintain prospective client engagement.
- Quickly identify client needs and suggests appropriate products/services .
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while achieving and reporting on monthly and quarterly KPI's.
Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS in relevant field with strong academic track record.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication.
- Demonstrate ability to stay organized while prioritizing and managing daily tasks.
- Showcase understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficient with all tools within the Microsoft Office space.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on primary goals.
- Desire to think big, solve problems, and be detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM or sales tools.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and/or retail experience.
- Experience with presentation design and maintaining brand identity.
