Description

As an associate member of the IT Team at our South Burlington, Vermont Headquarters, you will be a key liaison with the business users analyzing how they utilize the systems and highlighting areas of improvement in their day-to-day functions in this full-time role. You'll be part of a larger initiative to streamline processes for the E commerce side of the company with an understanding of why and how the business utilizes each component of the system.

On an average day, you'll...

• Will be the functional leader for applications and technology projects pertaining to the area of specialization.
• Analyze software capabilities and lead efforts to identify, prioritize and implement functionality to improve the efficiency of the business processes.
• Provide leadership by researching and guiding the implementation of industry best practices.
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation.
• Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare flowcharts/wireframes.
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications.
• Validate new functionalities according to the requirement specifications.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• You have a minimum of 2 years experience in an IT, business analysis, or process improvement environment.
• You have knowledge of software development methodologies and tools (knowledge of Jira is a plus).
• You have a working knowledge of data and process flow modeling.
• You have an understanding of database concepts (DBMS, ETL, SQL).

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
