Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for the conceptualization and creation of impactful content for the company's print and digital channels. Essential Job Functions:Create content for print and digital channels using primarily the Adobe Creative Suite and other standard graphic design tools.Study design briefs and determine requirements.Schedule projects and define budget constraints.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief and present ideas.Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software.Determine size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.Work with copywriters and Creative Director to produce final design.Test graphics across various media platforms.Amend designs following feedback.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.Outstanding graphic design layout and typography skillsWriting and/or video production experience is a plusExperience with retail advertising design and versioning is a plusProficient knowledge in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; working within a Mac environment.Ability to work under tight deadlines while prioritizing and handling multiple assignments concurrently.Must possess a high-level of attention to detail, be goal-oriented, and possess strong work ethics.Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of company officials and associates.
