Job Description

Role Overview:

"No", is just another way clients say, "You haven't solved my problem yet". At PaR Systems, our focus on precision, quality, and innovation extends beyond our products, as we seek diverse, dynamic, and dedicated people for our Marine business unit.

Overseeing our Marine service sales initiatives, the Business Development Associate will build new client relationships through deep industry experience, technical aptitude, and knowledge of our existing product base. From military to commercial applications, the work you do will ensure operational capabilities for organizations around the world.

Success Criteria:

Do you wake up and grab coffee and lead sheets for breakfast? Having the ability to connect with our existing customers for service solutions while building new customer relationships will set you on the path to victory in this role.

Our incoming service proposals often have hard-stop deadlines for submittal, so accurate project costing, planning, and execution should be second nature to the way you work. Our customers have built-to-order needs, so your exposure to marine assembly and test equipment will help you hit the ground running with discovery-ready solutions.

Lastly, you'll be the cornerstone person bridging the gap between customers and field service projects. Your ability to conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, develop business strategies for growth, and engage customers will get you noticed and differentiate us from our competitors.
