This includes all activities associated with servicer reporting and remitting to Freddie Mac. These activities help to facilitate the corporate mission of liquidity and affordability of rental housing market. Our success has resulted in Freddie Mac becoming the leader in the secondary mortgage market.Your Impact:In this role, you will be an integral part of our management team who oversee the day to day operations necessary to support the growth the Multifamily securitized portfolio of loans and securities. As part of our leadership team you will be expected to do the following:Oversee the day-to-day loan accounting operationsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve systems, processes, and controlsCollaborate with internal teams and external business partnersDevelop and lead a team of skilled professionalsQualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. MBA or similar mortgage certifications a plus8+ years related experience in the multifamily industry..Multifamily experience with loan securitizations, investor reporting, and/or commercial mortgage servicing.
