As part of Freddie Mac's return to the office pilot, all employees, contingent workers and visitors must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to be on-site unless they have an approved accommodation.Position Overview:Responsible for the management and coordination (from a business area point of view) of significant projects (e.g., strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, establishment of control procedures) within this infrastructure area. Will create detailed business unit requirements ensuring user acceptance testing and implementation readiness for the business area. Will also have a strong understanding of technology and data. Sometimes referred to as internal consultants, and acts as a subject matter expert, these individuals typically work on multi-disciplinary projects and require a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills are also required. Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable. Works under limited direction Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives. Represents the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role. Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.Our Impact:Securities Operations supports Single Family, Multifamily and I&CM to issue and coordinate mortgage-backed securities. The group works with Common Secularization Solutions (CSS) back-office services on the CSP related to on-platform products from Single-Family and I&CM, while Multi-Family operations, CRT operations and off-platform products are fully supported within the department.Your Impact:This position requires managing the defects, change requests, and testing associated with the quarterly CSS releases. The position will have additional responsibilities for assisting with UAT testing within operations where necessary. The candidate will work with all the business teams in Securitization Operations and learn all the business lines to independently perform UAT for the business. The candidate must be able to both analyze and approve test results as well as participate in sophisticated hands-on testing support.Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred. Typically has 5 - 7 years related experience.Keys to Success in this Role:Work is accomplished without appreciable direction.
