Different perspectives make Freddie Mac a stronger company, drive innovation, and support efforts to make home possible for America's families.Your Impact:This role is responsible for partnering key stakeholders across the company and the DEI team to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's DEI program to include workforce diversity, supplier diversity, and other required initiatives across the company.Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.Works on requests and issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends and processes.Apply knowledge of many disciplines including: business process analysis, performance benchmarking, and change management.Serves as project manager for large, multifunctional initiatives requiring resolution in alignment with policy objectives.Analyze corporate organizational processes and structures to identify opportunities for simplification, eliminate duplication of efforts, and assess appropriate balance controls to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.Partners with key stakeholders across the company, within the latitude of established policies and procedures, to help ensure compliance of DEI practices and requirements.Qualifications:College Degree or equivalent experience8-10 years related experience in business managementStrong project management skills (PMP preferred)General knowledge of DEI practicesDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders will be an integral part of the roleProven experience working in a regulated environment with multiple deliverables and tight turnaroundsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel and VisioKeys to Success in this Role:Attention to detailAbility to manage a process and follow through on tasks with significant organizational, project and program management skillsStrong quantitative and qualitative analytic skillsStrong leadership skills, great teammate, and thorough understanding of the Freddie Mac organizational structureSelf-starter and proactive with the ability to think creatively and execute in a manner that respects and meets appropriate internal controlsExcellent communication skills, including comfort interacting with internal management and key internal stakeholdersCurrent Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
