The Senior Talent Advisor is responsible for understanding the business needs of the client, creating and implementing search strategies, identifying qualified talent, and consulting on candidate assessments and offers. This individual will interact with various levels of the enterprise.Your Impact: Source, screen, interview and hire qualified candidates using a variety of traditional and emerging recruitment methods Develop external recruiting strategies and execute on those strategies to meet hiring goalsInform clients of labor market conditions on a regular basis Develop a continuous pipeline of top talent through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management Effectively collaborate and partner with team members and colleaguesQualifications: Minimum of 3 years of related recruitment experience, Skilled at developing and executing effective sourcing and assessment approaches Experienced in assessing skills and performing compensation analysis Effective negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with assigned client groups and candidates Experience with applicant tracking systems and web based sourcing tools Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeKeys to Success in this Role: Knowledge of external labor market Strong customer focus Effective negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Curiosity of continuous learningCurrent Freddie Mac employees please apply through the internal career site.Today, Freddie Mac makes home possible for one in four home borrowers and is one of the largest sources of financing for multifamily housing.
