Our client, an established and rapidly growing SaaS firm based out of Tyson's Corner is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join their team. The Technical Recruiter position is open due to rapid growth. This firm is continually recognized for their commitment to their team and promotion of positive company culture. The ideal Technical Recruiter candidate will have 3-7 years of experience, an energetic, upbeat personality and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our recruiting team and hiring managers to identify, source, and recruit for a variety of technical positions
  • Expand candidate funnel through partnering with firms, sourcing, digital channels, networking, referrals and in-person outreach
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing through offer
  • Assist in creation and definition of new job roles in partnership with recruiting team and hiring managers
  • Provide weekly reports on recruiting activity to leadership
  • Continuously improve and standardize recruitment processes to support our fast growing company
  • Support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical recruiting role at a fast-paced technology company
  • Experience with sourcing and engaging hard-to-find candidates
  • Stellar attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to quickly recruit
  • Experience and willingness to work in a startup environment with a hands-on approach
  • Ability and eagerness to ramp up quickly on new sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems
