Job description

Join QTS' People Services team where you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner working directly with department leaders to create and execute strategies targeted to identify, attract, develop and retain high performing talent for our growing footprint!

RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned

* Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for the heart of our organization who keep our data centers up and running 24/7
* Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools
* Accelerate Military Recruitment Program and other initiatives to maintain consistent talent pools
* Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and below average time to fill metrics
* Proactively network with internal stakeholders and external resources to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools
* Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement
* Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree
* Five or more years of talent acquisition experience
* Experience with Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS:

* Military and/or diversity recruiting experience/program management
* Experience recruiting non-exempt employees nationwide
* Experience recruiting for facilities skillsets (electricians, mechanics, engineers etc.)

* Strong executive presence and ability to communicate throughout all levels of the organization
* Commitment to exceptional client, candidate, and employee service
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating superb organizational and leadership skills in a fast paced, results driven environment
* Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs in the business
* Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
